Shipping
Ottawa FPV Shop is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available by appointment for eligible orders.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and available pickup times.
Please wait until you receive a pickup confirmation before arriving.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping service
We do not use a flat-rate shipping model because FPV products vary significantly in size and weight.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- Other trusted carriers as required
Carrier availability depends on the destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 3–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at:
We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the package and its contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
International Shipping
At this time, Ottawa FPV Shop ships within Canada only.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future. Any changes will be announced on our website.
LiPo Batteries
Due to transportation regulations, lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries may have shipping restrictions.
Some destinations or shipping methods may not be available for battery orders.
